Jamestown's best, most valuable,
highest-satisfaction heating and cooling contractor.

Furnace, air conditioning and complete HVAC replacement across Jamestown and the High Point metro. Call and get your price on that call — most systems installed the same or next day, fully warrantied.

Two minutes on the phone. No appointment, no salesman, no obligation.

STEP 01
Call or text us

Tell us the square footage, what you have now and what's failing. No appointment and nobody has to come to the house to give you a number.

STEP 02
Get your price today

The system, what's included and the number — in writing, on that call. It doesn't move unless you add or remove something you asked for.

STEP 03
Installed, often tomorrow

Nothing due to get on the schedule. Permit pulled, licensed crew, old unit hauled off, city inspection, warranty registered.

What makes us different

We do everything different

We replace furnaces and air conditioners. That's the whole business. No repair division selling you a $79 diagnostic first, no commissioned comfort advisor working a good-better-best sheet at your kitchen table, no membership to sign up for.

What's left is the part you actually wanted: the right system, put in properly, at the best possible price — and a number you can get today.

  • Client-focused. We tell you what your house needs, including when that's less equipment than you expected.
  • No high-pressure sales. Nobody here is paid on the size of the number they write down.
  • No service department. Nothing to upsell you into, and no repair fleet built into your price.
  • Best value, best possible price. Premium equipment and a clean install — not a corner-cut job, and not a padded quote either.

Savings shown are typical against quotes our customers brought us from other Jamestown contractors. Monthly payments are estimates for illustration only, based on a furnace from $4,200, air conditioning from $4,900 and a complete system from $6,800 installed, at 13.00% APR over 60 months. Your rate and term come from the lender.

What's in the price

Everything, and the number doesn't move

Six things that are standard on every job, not upgrades on a good-better-best sheet.

The equipmentPremium, factory-sealed, matched as a system — never mixed to make a number work.
The installationA licensed crew, background-checked, working to one install standard.
The permitWe pull the mechanical permits your city or subdivision requires — in Jamestown, through BuildHighPoint.
Haul-awayOld equipment, packaging and scrap gone when we leave.
Start-up and readingsCharge, temperature rise, static pressure. If it isn't right, it isn't finished.
Warranty registrationWe file it, so the ten-year parts coverage is actually in force.

Warranty

Fully warrantied — and registered for you

A warranty only counts if it's actually in force. Most claims fail because nobody filed the registration. We file it.

Questions

Straight answers

How can you give me a price over the phone when nobody else will?
Because we only do replacements. There's no diagnostic visit to sell you and no commissioned salesman who needs to sit in your kitchen. Tell us your square footage, what you have now and what's failing, and we price it on that call and put it in writing.
Does the price change once you're in the house?
No. The number we put in writing is the number. It changes only if you add or remove something you asked for — and then you get a new one in writing before any work happens.
How do you size it without seeing my house?
We run a Manual J load calculation on every house we install — that’s how the system gets sized. Square footage, layout, window count, insulation and what’s in there now all feed it. If anything about your house is unusual we’ll say so on the call rather than guess. We’d rather size it right than sell you more equipment than you need.
How fast can it actually be installed?
Same-week is standard. When the equipment is in stock, same-day and next-day happen regularly. Tell us what's failing and we'll be straight with you about the calendar.
Who fixes it if something goes wrong?
We do warranty work on jobs we installed. Parts are covered by the manufacturer for ten years on registration — and we file that registration for you — and the installation carries its own labor warranty. What we don’t do is repairs or emergency service. You call the High Point number on this page.
Do you do repairs or emergency service?
No. We replace systems — that's the whole business, and it's why the price is what it is. If your furnace is out tonight and you need someone at midnight, call an emergency service company. If you're replacing it, call us.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. We pull mechanical permits for whatever city or subdivision requires them, and we’ll help you through your HOA requirements if you have them.
What if your guys come out and can’t complete the job because something was missed?
All our work is warrantied and guaranteed. If we find a problem that wasn’t included in the quote, you’ll hear about it before we tear out your equipment or do any other work. We’ll talk it through and give you options rather than hitting you with a change order after the fact. Everything is agreed up front before we collect any money from you.
